Industrial Electric Process 36KW PFA Immersion Tank Heater

PFA immersion tank heaters provide an optimal solution for heating harsh chemicals or DI water to constant temperatures in ultrapure tanks, including PVDF, PFA, and quartz tanks. Their PFA/PTFE wetted surfaces are specifically designed for high-purity applications where chemical compatibility is critical.

These heaters deliver high-efficiency heating with superior temperature control and maximum power output in a compact design. Available in various sizes, they easily integrate with new and existing systems in semiconductor, solar, MEMs, and other high-tech industries.

The immersion heater series maintains liquids at constant temperatures, making them ideal for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biomedical applications. Their compact design allows easy integration into PVDF, PFA, and quartz process tanks, safely and efficiently heating acids, bases, DI water, and other noncombustible liquids up to 180°C.

With the heat source placed directly in the fluid, heat loss is minimized. The heater's low mass and large surface area provide rapid temperature response. Each system includes comprehensive safety features with redundant interlocks. These rugged heaters come in frame designs with outputs ranging from 1.0 to 40.0 kW, with custom sizes, wattages, and voltages available upon request.
